Wankang WK6800 medium-size anti fog full face respirator is a full-coverage gas mask designed for multi-scenario industrial protection. It delivers integrated safety protection for the face, eyes and respiratory tract and is developed for diverse industrial working conditions.
Its primary viewing window is made of high-strength polycarbonate (PC) lens with inherent excellent impact-resistance and scratch-resistance, which effectively protects against impact and abrasion from external objects during operation.
All lenses of the anti fog full face respirator are treated with professional mirror-surface anti-fog technology. Combined with the wide-field-of-view structural design, it fundamentally reduces fogging and blurred vision caused by wearing, and ensures clear sight throughout work.
Compatible with a wide range of filter cartridges of different functions, this respirator can be flexibly configured for varied working environments such as chemical operations, spray painting and exposure to toxic gases and dust. The core lens of anti fog full face respirator is produced in a standardized clean-room with refined workflows for source-end quality control, eliminating dust, impurities and process defects that impair protection and user experience.
Process steps:
Incoming Inspection & Loading PC lenses are fully inspected to filter out scratches, stains and deformation. Qualified lenses are secured by special tooling and fed into the clean-room line.
Environment Control Constant temperature, humidity and cleanliness prevent airborne particulates, avoiding coating pitting, pinholes and weak adhesion.
Precision Cleaning Solvent degreasing, multi-stage pure-water rinsing and mark-free hot-air drying remove release agents, oil, fingerprints and dust for clean substrates.
Plasma Activation Inner-surface plasma activation optimizes molecular structure to strengthen anti-fog coating bonding, preventing blistering and peeling for longer service life.
Anti-fog Spraying Automated atomizing equipment applies UV hydrophilic anti-fog coating with controlled thickness and uniformity for good transmittance and durable anti-fog performance.
Levelling, Pre-baking & UV Curing Ambient levelling removes coating blemishes; low-temp pre-baking evaporates solvents. UV curing forms a dense, wear-resistant anti-fog film.
Inspection & Assembly Lenses pass full tests on appearance, transmittance, anti-fog effect and coating adhesion. Qualified units are dedusted, film-covered, assembled, re-inspected and packed for storage.
