Dual Cartridge Half Mask

The filter cartridge is the core filtering component of a gas mask. Filled with high-activity activated carbon and specialized chemical adsorbents, these cartridges utilize physical adsorption and chemical reactions to efficiently capture and decompose toxic or harmful airborne gases and vapors, providing reliable respiratory protection for workers. Before entering a contaminated environment, ensure that the assembly and inspection of the mask and filter cartridges are completed in a safe area with fresh air.

1.Installation Steps: Check the packaging-tear open the outer packaging and inspect the filter cartridges for cracks, deformation, or damage. Align the connectors-align the notches/slots on the filter cartridge with the corresponding connectors on the mask body. Secure by rotating-firmly rotate clockwise by approximately a quarter-turn; the cartridge is correctly installed when it can no longer be rotated.

Fit Check (Crucial): Before entering the work area, perform the following tests to ensure the mask is airtight: Negative pressure test-firmly cover the air inlets of both filter cartridges with your palms and inhale forcefully. If the mask collapses slightly inward and no air flows in for 10 seconds, the seal is good. Positive pressure test-cover the exhalation valve at the bottom of the mask with your palm and exhale forcefully. The mask should bulge slightly outward, and no air should leak from the edges.
