Our kids mask features a 4-layer composite filtration structure. Each layer works together to balance reliable protection and kid-friendly comfort:
1.Outer Layer: Spunlace Non-woven Fabric
Ultra-soft spunlace fabric further intercepts large particles. It reduces friction against the face for a more pleasant wearing experience.
2.Core Filter Layer: Electrostatic Melt-blown Fabric
The key protective layer. With electrostatic electret technology, it adsorbs fine dust and aerosol particles for high-efficiency filtration.
3.Third-stage filtration: Fluffy Hot-air Cotton
Porous and resilient hot-air cotton creates extra breathing space, lowers breathing resistance and improves air permeability. It prevents the filter layer from sticking to the mouth and nose for extended comfortable wear.
4. Inner Layer: Baby SSS-grade Non-woven Fabric
Soft and tear-resistant SSS spunbond non-woven fabric, blocks large particles like dust, hair and droplets. It is lint-free and gentle on children's sensitive skin.
