Product Introduction
This FFP2 mask features a 7-layer filtration structure and filters ≥95% of non-oily particulates. The materials, from outer to inner layers, consist of non-woven fabric, activated carbon, melt-blown fabric, hot-air cotton, and hydrophilic cotton. Available in two designs-foldable ear-hook and over-ear cup styles-with black, white, and gray as the featured colors (customization available).

All raw materials meet testing standards, upstream suppliers are reliable, and detailed raw material records are maintained, ensuring a stable supply of all products.
The non-woven fabric blocks moisture and water vapor; the activated carbon layer absorbs dust and odors; the melt-blown fabric effectively filters particles ≥0.3 microns; the hot-air cotton utilizes electrostatic adsorption for effective dust protection; and the hydrophilic cotton is skin-friendly, hypoallergenic, and captures any remaining particles.

2. Dust protection for woodworking and home renovation sanding, metal processing, and construction sites;
3. Protection against light welding fumes and cooking fumes in food processing.
Dimensions and Carton Specifications
The dimensions of the individual mask with a valve are 11.5 cm x 15.5 cm; it is a one-size-fits-all model suitable for adults. With a gross weight of 0.02 kg per unit, it is lightweight, convenient, and comfortable to wear. Two carton specifications are available:
1. (Inner box packaging): With valve (WK9500V), 65 x 30 x 52 cm; individually packaged; 25 pieces/box, 500 pieces/carton; 12 kg/carton.
2. (Bagged packaging): With valve (WK9500V), 65 x 30 x 52 cm; individually packaged; 50 pieces/bag, 1,000 pieces/carton; 15 kg/carton.
3. All packaging can be customized.
Certification
We hold CE PPE certification (covering standards such as EN140, EN136 CL2, EN14387, and EN ISO 20471) as well as SGS test reports for workwear fabrics. We can provide relevant test documentation for masks, respiratory protection equipment, and high-visibility workwear.
