Multi-stage filtration protection: When paired with the 60923 filter cartridge, this chemical cartridge respirator provides integrated protection against organic vapors, acid gases, and particulates. The P100 filter layer offers a filtration efficiency of ≥99.97%, making it suitable for complex work environments-such as spray painting, chemical processing, electroplating, and acid pickling-where chemical vapors and dust or fumes coexist.
Comprehensive Protection: The main body of the chemical cartridge respirator is a full-face mask; it covers both the eyes and the respiratory zone, providing the user with more complete facial coverage. For work environments-such as spray painting, chemical handling, or acid pickling-where there are simultaneous risks of eye and respiratory tract exposure, the full-face design better meets the need for comprehensive protection.
The mask body of chemical cartridge respirator is made of food-grade liquid silicone, ensuring a soft and comfortable fit; the Cool Flow exhalation valve closes during inhalation and opens during exhalation, effectively dissipating heat and moisture; a snap-fit design allows for easy attachment and removal of filter cartridges; and the highly elastic head harness, featuring a push-button buckle, ensures a secure fit. The included 60923 filter cartridge offers built-in P100 particulate filtration, eliminating the need for additional filter cotton.

1.Q: How should this product be cleaned after use?
A: Remove the filter cartridge before cleaning the mask body. The silicone mask can be washed with soapy water; after washing, simply let it air-dry in a cool, well-ventilated area. Please note that the filter cartridge must not be washed with water, as it is a disposable item; washing it with water will render it unusable.
2.Q:Can other filter cartridges be used?
A: Certainly. You can select a compatible filter cartridge based on actual working conditions; as long as the connection interface matches, it can be swapped directly. If the work environment involves only a single type of acidic gas, you can choose the more specialized E1 filter cartridge.
4.Q:Can I continue using the product if I smell chemicals?
A: If you can clearly smell contaminants during normal use, or if you experience symptoms such as irritation, unpleasant odors, or respiratory discomfort, you should immediately leave the contaminated area and check the condition of the equipment and filter cartridges in accordance with safety procedures.
