Installation Steps

 

1. Insert the particulate filter into the filter cover with the printed side facing outward.
2. Align the filter with the cover, then press the latch firmly to secure it in place.
3. Align the alignment marks on the filter cartridge with those on the paint spray respirator body, then slide the cartridge into the slot.
4. Rotate the cartridge 45° clockwise until it clicks and locks into position.
5. Repeat Steps 1–4 on the opposite side of the mask.
6. The half mask respirator is now fully assembled and ready for use.
