Liquid silicone is more skin-friendly, offers superior resistance to high and low temperatures, is less likely to cause allergic reactions during prolonged wear, and features a sealing edge that conforms more closely to facial contours.

2. Head harness system: Typically features a four-point suspension design to ensure even distribution of force. The harness material offers high tensile strength, and the adjustment buckles are secure, preventing the mask from loosening during movement while working.

3. Filter cartridge interface: Usually constructed from reinforced plastic with a secure locking mechanism; the interface meets mechanical strength standards, ensuring reliability during frequent filter replacements.

Filter cotton replacement criteria:

1. The surface of the filter cotton has turned black, is heavily coated with dust, or has accumulated paint clumps;

2. Breathing resistance increases noticeably, making inhalation difficult;

3. The smell of paint penetrates the filter cartridge during spraying operations (indicating filter cotton clogging and/or filter cartridge saturation);

4. The filter cotton becomes damp, wet, or contaminated with paint solvents;

5. Once assembled and put into use, replacement is recommended within a maximum period of 7 days.
