Reusable Respirator

This reusable respirator-also known as a filtering gas mask-features a main body constructed from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) and liquid silicone. TPE offers excellent durability, making it suitable for general industrial environments. Liquid silicone is gentler on the skin, highly resistant to temperature extremes, and hypoallergenic during prolonged use; additionally, its sealing edge conforms closely to facial contours.

The Model 6200 half-mask comes with goggles, protecting the eyes while covering the nose and mouth. Lightweight and easy to wear, the silicone mask can be washed with soapy water and air-dried for reuse after the filter cartridges are removed. Since only the cartridges require replacement, it offers excellent cost-effectiveness for long-term use. It is suitable for tasks involving spray painting, organic vapors, dust, grinding, and light chemical operations.

These cartridges achieve high-efficiency filtration through a multi-layered barrier system-combining activated carbon layers infused with specialized agents and supplementary filter pads. For instance, the A1 cartridge (marked in brown) incorporates a special coconut shell-based material to effectively filter out toxic gases such as toluene, xylene, and paint solvents, making it suitable for applications like ink printing and automotive spray painting.
