1. Mask Sealing Body

Made entirely of food-grade liquid silicone; skin-friendly, hypoallergenic, and resistant to paint as well as weak acids and alkalis. Features a double-layer sealing flange for an excellent fit.

Unlike standard rubber masks, this silicone material resists hardening and aging, is washable for repeated use, and prevents allergic reactions or skin redness during prolonged wear in industrial settings.

2. Panoramic Transparent Face Shield

Material: Thickened polycarbonate (PC) safety lens; impact-resistant and protective against acid/alkali splashes and paint mist, preventing chemical eye burns.Features: High-transparency, high-definition view with no visual distortion. Includes a long-lasting internal anti-fog coating and a separate oral-nasal chamber to significantly reduce fogging caused by breathing. Field of View: Full-coverage wide-angle view allowing peripheral awareness during work; suitable for auto repair, spray painting, and chemical plant inspections.

3. Built-in Independent Oral-Nasal Chamber (Core Anti-Fog Structure)

Isolates the breathing space for the mouth and nose from the rest of the mask: Inhaled air passes through filter cartridges on both sides into the oral-nasal chamber; exhaled air is vented directly outside via the bottom exhaust valve. It is primarily intended for protection against organic gases and vapors (boiling point > 65°C), functioning through the physical adsorption properties of activated carbon (specifically, granular activated carbon derived from coconut shells).

Note: If the boiling point is below 65°C (e.g., chloromethane or dichloromethane), an AX-type (dark brown) filter cartridge must be used. AX cartridges are specialized and typically disposable; European standards mandate this distinction, as Type A filters do not protect against low-boiling-point solvents such as methanol and diethyl ether.
