Product Introduction
Reusable respirator full face delivers integrated, reliable respiratory protection for various industrial working scenarios. After use, wipe off sweat, dust and contaminants from all parts of the mask body. Special attention shall be paid to keeping the lens, exhalation valve and inhalation valve clean. The reusable respirator full face mask body may be rinsed with water when necessary.
Important Note: Only the mask body is washable and reusable. Cartridges and filter cotton are consumable parts and must NOT be washed.

Design Features
The sealing gasket of the reusable respirator full face is made of liquid silicone rubber (LSR). It fits different facial contours closely to achieve superior wearing comfort and reliable air-tight performance.
Different from conventional solid high-temperature vulcanized rubber, liquid silicone rubber features good fluidity, fast vulcanization and eco-friendly properties. It provides outstanding tear resistance, great elasticity, anti-yellowing performance, excellent thermal stability and aging resistance.
Most competing products on the market adopt ordinary rubber for sealing parts. Compared with ordinary rubber gaskets, our liquid silicone sealing ring delivers better structural stability and chemical resistance. It hardly gets hard or cracked after long-time use and repeated cleaning, effectively extending the service life of the full-face mask.

Put on the reusable respirator full face from your chin upward, then adjust the four-point head straps for proper fit. After fitting, cover the cartridge inlets with your palms and inhale forcefully. If the mask tightly sticks to your face without air leakage, the air-tight fitting is confirmed. You may then enter hazardous toxic-vapor working zones.
Select proper filter cartridges according to harmful substances on-site:

- 6004CN: Against ammonia & methylamine
