Installation Instructions
Complete assembly and inspection of the respirator and filter cartridge in a safe, fresh-air area before entering a contaminated environment.
1.Inspect packaging: Tear open the outer package and check the filter cartridge for cracks, deformation or damage.
2. Align the bayonet: Match the notch/slot on the filter cartridge with the bayonet connector on the respirator body.
3. Twist to secure: Rotate firmly clockwise by approximately 1/4 turn.
If dust or smoke is present in the working environment, attach the 5N11 filter cotton to the outside of the filter cartridge and fasten it with the filter retainer.
Matching Instruction
The E1 filter cartridge is designed for use with 6800 and 6200 series respirators. When combined with filter cotton, it forms a multi-layer filtration system to deliver superior high-level protection against gases, vapors and particulates.

Q1:Can I get some samples?
A1:Yes,depending on the product, we charge different sample fees, which can be refunded or deducted when you place a formal order; however, the buyer is responsible for shipping.
Q2: How long does a filter cartridge last? How many working hours can it provide?
A2:There is no fixed service life for filter cartridges. Its lifespan depends on hazardous gas concentration, your breathing rate, ambient humidity and temperature.
Replacement rule: If you smell odors, taste contaminants or notice significantly increased breathing resistance while wearing the respirator properly, leave the contaminated area immediately and replace the cartridge.
Q3: Can filter cartridges be washed or disinfected with alcohol for reuse?
A3: bsolutely NOT! Filter cartridges rely on activated carbon and specialized chemical media. Once soaked in water, washed, or exposed to alcohol, the internal media will clump and lose adsorption capacity. Continued use will create serious poisoning risks.
