Product Introduction

The WK60923 filter cartridge features a color code of yellow (OV/AG) + purple (P100); it is specifically designed for organic vapors (such as solvents and paints) and acid gases (such as chlorine and sulfur dioxide), and offers a filtration efficiency of 99.97% or higher against both oil-based and non-oil-based particulates.

Filter cartridge structure

This 60923 multi-purpose filter cartridge combines gas adsorption and particulate filtration, integrating 8 functional layers with distinct roles yet working synergistically as a whole.

The magenta ABS outer shell offers dustproof and impact protection. The P100 polypropylene melt-blown layer achieves electrostatic adsorption to block fine particles. The pre-treatment non-woven pad evenly distributes airflow to protect the filter cotton. Coal-based activated carbon layer absorbs organic vapors and toxic gases. The PET mesh support layer locks carbon particles in place. A nitrile rubber sealing ring guarantees airtightness and oil resistance. The label ring marks filter specs and safety warnings. The bottom housing stabilizes the entire filter element.

Each layer has its independent filtering duty, stacked together to deliver reliable protection against organic vapors, acid gases and P100 level particulates for painting, chemical handling and industrial work scenarios.

Use in combination

This WK60923 cartridge offers broad compatibility, fitting half-face and full-face respirators such as the 6200 and 6800 series. The cartridge itself protects only against hazardous gases and vapors; to also block dust and aerosol particulates, it must be used in conjunction with the 5N11CN pre-filter and filter cover to provide dual protection against both gases and dust.
