Filter Pad

The outer non-woven layer blocks large dust particles and protects the core filter material; the intermediate high-density electrostatic electret melt-blown layer serves as the filtration core, capturing dust through the combined mechanisms of electrostatic adsorption and physical interception; the inner lining effectively prevents fiber shedding and leakage. This filter pad is manufactured using an integrated hot-press molding process; its curved, trapezoidal design ensures a precise fit with the filter cartridge slot, creating a tight seal that effectively prevents dust leakage. The material is flexible and shatter-resistant, ensuring structural integrity even under the stress of airflow during breathing.
