Particulate Filter

The particulate filter can be paired with various types of chemical cartridges-such as those for organic vapors, acid gases, inorganic gases, and ammonia-to create a combined, multi-layer protection system. The particulate filtration layer primarily filters out contaminants like dust, fumes, and mists, while the cartridges provide specific protection against designated gases and vapors; working in tandem, they offer flexible configurations tailored to diverse work environments, meeting industrial safety requirements for applications such as spraying, chemical processing, welding, metalworking, and construction.

The particulate filter features a universal trapezoidal design, ensuring a secure fit and broad compatibility with most gas mask filter cartridges. Constructed from pure white filter cotton, it is lightweight (3–5 g per piece) and thin (approx. 2–3 mm), offering excellent breathability and comfort; it minimizes the sensation of added weight, even during prolonged use.

It utilizes an external overlay mounting system; when paired with a dedicated filter cotton cover, the filter can be quickly secured, removed, or replaced. This design meets the demands of continuous use in high-frequency work environments, such as spray painting, chemical processing, and industrial manufacturing.

For storage, keep the product in a cool, dry, and clean environment. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, standing water, and exposure to corrosive chemical gases. Ensure the packaging remains sealed to preserve the filter cotton's filtration performance and overall condition.
