Replacement Filter Cotton

This replacement filter cotton serves as a pre-filter; it does not provide protection against toxic gases on its own but instead captures particulate matter and is designed for use in conjunction with a gas filter cartridge.

Its key functions include:

1. Capturing particulate matter: It traps paint mist, sanding dust, metal fumes, water mist, and solid aerosols.

2. Protecting the gas filter cartridge and extending its service life: By trapping dust and paint mist, the pre-filter prevents the activated carbon inside the main cartridge from becoming contaminated or clogged, thereby avoiding premature failure and reducing overall consumable costs.

3. Reducing breathing resistance and improving wearer comfort: Large particles are intercepted at the pre-filter stage, reducing the load on the main gas filter cartridge.

Multi-layer Composite Structure

Constructed by laminating electrostatically charged melt-blown filter media with a supporting non-woven fabric.

1. Layered Structure:

Outer non-woven layer (blocks large dust particles and protects the inner filter media) + High-density electrostatic melt-blown filtration layer (core layer for capturing dust) + Inner lining layer (prevents fiber shedding).

2. Integrated Hot-Press Molding

Features an arched, trapezoidal shape that fits snugly into the filter cartridge/pad slot, ensuring a tight seal against dust leakage; the material is flexible and durable, resisting breakage or fiber shedding during breathing.

3. Electrostatic Adsorption Technology

Utilizes electrostatic forces to capture fine dust particles; offers low breathing resistance for comfortable long-term wear without a feeling of suffocation, and maintains superior electrostatic stability in both dry and humid environments.
