The 6800 full-face respirator is a high-performance filtering-type full-face gas mask. Adopting dual-cartridge air-intake design, it delivers low inhalation resistance for easier breathing. Its facial sealing gasket is made of silicone material. Compared with conventional rubber gaskets, silicone features better aging-resistance and lower skin-sensitization risk, avoiding gasket hardening, cracking and skin irritation during long-time wear. This is the medium-size version, suitable for most adult men and adult women with larger facial contours for reliable face-sealing performance.

Application with 6001 Organic Vapor Cartridge
Notice: This is a filtering-type respirator. The mask body itself provides NO protection. The actual protection performance depends entirely on matched cartridges and filter cotton. DO NOT use in oxygen-deficient atmospheres.
Auto-body painting, furniture & hardware spraying, baking-paint work: protection against paint solvents, toluene, xylene and ester-based solvent vapors.
Ink printing, glue bonding, circuit-board cleaner handling: protection against organic solvents such as acetone and ethyl acetate.
Paint mixing and spray-gun cleaning in coating workshops.
Chemical-plant operations dealing with ketones, esters, benzene-series organic chemicals.
Important Limitations
This filtering respirator cannot be used in oxygen-deficient environments (O₂＜19.5%). For confined spaces such as tanks and closed cabins, SCBA supplied-air respirator is mandatory.
Always select proper cartridges according to on-site hazardous gas type. Replace cartridges promptly once saturated.
