:The half face respirator adopts a trapezoidal dual-cartridge structure with sufficient built-in activated carbon, delivering strong gas adsorption capacity and outstanding protection effect. The interface is compatible with the full range of 3M matching filter cartridges. The standard set is equipped with WK6001CN organic vapor cartridges, and cartridges of corresponding specifications can be flexibly selected according to actual on-site working conditions for wider adaptability.
Particulate matter protection
It can be used with KN95-grade filter cotton, WK5N11CN to effectively block various non-oily particulate matters and build a dual filtration protection system. Equipped with KN95-grade filter cotton, it achieves a non-oily particulate matter filtration efficiency of ≥95%, which can efficiently prevent harm from dust, PM2.5 and other particles.
Multi-medium protection
By replacing different models of filter cartridges and filter cotton, it can provide targeted protection against various harmful media, effectively resisting toxic and harmful gases such as organic vapors, acid gases, gasoline, carbon disulfide and formaldehyde, and fully protect the respiratory safety of operators.
Usage Specification & Consumable Instructions
The mask body is detachable, washable and reusable with high cost performance. Filter cartridges and filter cotton are disposable consumables that cannot be regenerated or reused after reaching the specified service life or adsorption saturation. To ensure the protection effect, new consumables shall be replaced in a timely manner.

A: It is compatible with 6000 series snap-on filter cartridges, as well as 502 filter cotton adapters and particulate filter cotton. Users can freely combine filter cartridges and filter cotton for comprehensive protection.
2.Q: Can the 6200 mask be used in oxygen-deficient environments (oxygen content below 19.5%)?
A: Absolutely not. The filtering half mask is only applicable to environments with sufficient oxygen. Air-supplied respirators must be used for oxygen-deficient scenarios.
3. Q: What matching combination is recommended for paint spraying work?
A: It is recommended to adopt the combination of A1 organic gas filter cartridge and P100 grade filter cotton, and ensure good ventilation of the workshop during operation to avoid long-term exposure to high-concentration pollutants.
4.Q: Is neutral packaging supported for export?
A: OEM neutral packaging is supported. Logo printing on the mask body can be removed, and customized color boxes are available according to customer requirements with specific customized MOQ.
